I find it strange no one is talking about it. Is it legit? I can't play because I build too slow, but others can.
I find that pretty strange too, since Tim is mentioned on that link and he hasn't posted anything about it here, in spite of having posted here about other things in the last couple of days.
A random link found in another random link doesn't necessarily make something legitimate. Phishing e-mails are well-known for using that exact tactic to get personal info from people. I'd wait until we get confirmation from Tim before making any decisions on this just yet.
If its just posting 5 photos of a completed model, which it appears to be since it says submissions can be made from 11-1 to 11-30, I'd be up for it. But, if we're supposed to build a model in less than a month (its 11-4 already, and the contest started 3 days ago with no announcement here), there's no way I'd be able to do that. Like RealG, I build too slow. My F-4B project just hit the one year mark today...and its still not done. LOL
