                        I'd say check out any of the several editions of the Squadron-Signal "In Action" and "Walk Around" series, and/or Detail & Scale's P-38 books. All are chock-a-block with good quality (and usually very interesting) photos.

                        Good morning,

                         

                         I am getting ready to begin a new project, the Tamiya P-38 F/G. Does anyone have any good sources for reference photos of specifically South Pacific Lightnings? I'm planning on building the kit as Miss Virginia and would like some photos of the tape lines that the South Pacific Lightnings had on them.
