dull cote dust spots all over

Can you post a picture of this problem Hamlet, it might be of help to you and to other modellers if they run into this problem.

i sprayed another coat and it looked that the problem was gone, but the, when it dryed, the dust like spots came back. then i sanded it a little, and got a little better, but it is still bad. i washed it with soap and again, it seems to go away but when dried the spots remain. it look as if if it has, in the better case, a fine coat of powder all over. I know i can get off all paint and decals, and start over, but i want it to be my last option

Hmmmm. I have never had to try to remove dull-cote before but let's get a little more info on the problem and I've neve rquite heard of the problem you're having. I have had it appear cloudy for 2 reasons. First too thick an application and second very old stock of dull-cote. Both times I sprayed a light application of it and it seemed to clear up. If you are building armour, you may be able to get away with the problem you have with some extensive weathering.
