There are several helicopter types that mount Flir night vision and camera with night vision. The R-44 is a very small light turbine that is affordable to everyone. As time goes on I'll find more photos of how to make these mounts... The radio antenna can bee seen slightly on the bottom.

Looks like it is coming along well.  Just so you know, the Robinson R-44 is a piston-driven helo.  It has a flat-design Lycoming 6-cylinder gas engine in it.  All Robinson's have gas piston engines, that is what makes them so affordable.  Add a turbine, and the operating costs skyrocket to around $2000.00 a flight hour.

This model is based on the new turbine line drawings but it's refreshing to find someone who knows the line of different civilian types. HeavyArty Thanks for your interest.

I believe I saw one of the turbine versions flying in the area the other day.  It looked like the R-44 but definitely didnt have the normal R44 sound, it sounded like a Bell 206 and it definitely wasnt a Bell.

jelliott523 your so right on how these little helicopters sound like a 206 must be some similarities in the rotor hub maybe. Inland helicopter uses R-44 and 22 as trainers.
