Apache 64A Academy 1/48 Model Challenge

Ok here is my Challenge to you, it has taken me 4 Attempts, so I throw in a few tips, to buy a 1/48 Apache and build it as a Model, Remove what weight you have to or add weight with out destroying the effect design build of the model from vision, and Basically implant a RC Mother Board inside with Motors and even add a few take of lights or head lights all in the right place, and the end result has to be this, As close to detail of the real Apache 64A Desert or 64D camouflage green, and be able to fly it, control it, turn it around in the air, and land it. Now I am not speaking a scrap heap build here, this is possible, I have achieved it, with Apache 64A, Desert hand panted with humbrol Enamel matt 250, Humbrol Enamel Matt 225. Few tips might help if you purchase a cheap RC Apache, Reason for Build RC MAX DETAIL and only using a model will achieve the real deal to scale.

So to help you a few tips, take into account the Apache is a Long bow, has also a nice long tail, so you need to balance weight or it will fly backwards, the weight needs to be between 4.1 grams to 5 grams to take of, another tip so you don’t waste your money or time, you do need to cut away as much of what you don’t see for flight or the over al weight will be 7grams. You are allowed to remould lightly the body to hide any RC Parts but you don’t have to believe, if anything and you get on the right path the motor will just fit, I wont say what RC Apache to Buy but get a 1/48 and basically throw away the body no cheating.

Good Luck took me 4 attempts, basically I wanted to see if it is possible to get a scale model out of the Box bang a motor in it and fly it, after its all been painted to detail. And I have to say if you find this a easy job or think its easy try it, I be happy to help, remember balance, weight, serves an important roll.
