1/48 miniguns??

..in fact, just search for 'minigun' on Yahoo.. Loads of reference pics. Especially here: www.montysminiguns.com. Make sure your speakers are turned off though.

A minigun is basically a collection of cilinders. I once took the barrel from the minigun in the Revell Helicopter patrol kit and built the rest of the gun from the kits sprues. Because the parts are just cilinders (chamber housing, de-linking system and electo-motor), its a pretty easy. I built one in a 3D animation program, so had to research it pretty well. I've included a helpful link below. If you bear in mind the minigun is only 83cm's in length, you should be able to guestimate the rest of the dimensions pretty easily.

In Minicraft's MH-60 there are 2 miniguns. I doubt you want to buy them so check with Minicraft and see if you can get them.
