Did a little blending to tone down the o.d. camo pattern -   "Old School" method of dark wash, lightened base colors applied, dry brushing and another medium wash. Still a ways to go yet -

The flowering thistles were made from dried caspia fern and painted accordingly, the tall grass was cut from an inexpensive natural bristle 4" paint brush and set with the others into a celluclay mixture(while wet) that was tinted green. The tall grass was later airbrushed the appropriate shade of green.
