Your burn-out rendition is quite impressive. A few suggestions: yes, the right front tire does look out of place - the tire would most probably have been flattened, and the inside needs some charring (all the flammable engine fluids would expose it to some very high heat; the burned tire's steel belting looks like it had been simply placed over the wheel, not around it; the truck body's sheet metal might be a tad blacker, with lightening toward the area of origin - the amount of rust would be determined by how long the rig would've been exposed to the elements (and it doesn't take long); some annealed seat springs would be visible; a nice touch would be some melted clear plastic around the windshield frame and some melted glass on the ground. I've both extinguished and investigated a ton of car fires in my career - no two are the same and your effort is quite realistic.
