Scaling Point du Hoc Normandy invasion

Robert Marquinez submitted this diorama of the 2nd Ranger Battallion scaling the Point du Hac cliffs during the Allied Normandy, on June 6, 1944.

This Unusual diorama was presented at the Atlanta Model Figure Show. One of the hight points of the 75th anniversary of the Normandy Invasion certainly deserves the best of show prize.

Fantastic!  What is the scale?  Great story told here and a really good sense of action.  Well done!

Thanks,

WOW! Tremendous diorama. The figures, groundwork, barbed wire; everything works together. Feels like I'm watching "The Longest Day". Well deserved award.

I know I am repeating what has already been said, but this is wonderful. The planning and execution of this dio is really well done.
