Ohhh, now those are cool!

Shame no one tried to preserve signs like that. Bless the guy for recreating them in miniature.

Absolutely, just can't say it better.

Young man does nice work. What a cool idea.

There's a pretty big sign museum in Las Vegas. It's run by Superior signs, one of my bigger vendors. They started with keeping the old signs that they were removing, and turned it into a big open air lot.

I appreciate what this guy is doing.

Tanks, you'll remember the Doggie Diners. At one point there were probably 40-50 of them. Doesn't seem like much now, but they were a Bay Area institution.

When we built the Pacific Bell Park stadium in 2000, we themed the generic stadium food concessions as "Doggie Diner". A legal search couldn't find any copyrights. I went out to Fairfield to a lot where a guy had collected half a dozen heads and photographed them. We used a drawing of "him" in the image.

Cool,You Bet!

Just think years back when I had three little girls climbing the seats in the Station Wagon and a totally frustrated wifey. We were rolling along the " Mother Road" and others, seeing signs like this all over America.

Changing duty stations back then was a very educational experience for young parents! And someone actually had the GOOD idea to preserve them in miniature! My hats are off to them.
