Love the excellent work, especially the weathered car paint finishes on both MS I and II. Can you explain your techniques since you are using craft acyrlics instead of regular model paints? I have a ICM 1/35 1917 T that I want the same type of finish on.
WIP: Monogram 1/72 B-26 (Snaptite) as 73rd BS B-26, 40-1408, torpedo bomber attempt on Ryujo
Monogram 1/72 B-26 (Snaptite) as 22nd BG B-26, 7-Mile Drome, New Guinea
Minicraft 1/72 B-24D as LB-30, AL-613, "Tough Boy", 28th Composite Group
Excellent work. This dio says a lot without a single figure in it.
THAT IS AWESOME !!!
Not a lot of people out there who would actually take the time to put in nails that were previously holding the roof on
I give you one gold star !
( ok.. three gold ✨ )
Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"
Top work bloke!
I long to live in a world where chickens can cross the road without having their motives questioned

Looks like you really nailed it.
That's really well done. Lot's of detail - car looks great and the structure, still etc. Looks like a scene right out lof 'Laweless'
Thanks,
John
Great scene! A lot of thought and planning went into this diorama. Your attention to the little details is outstanding.

Thats great . I realy like it.
Hi all! New guy. Thought I might share a couple builds. Moonshine Number One is a mid-1930's hidden woods moonshine still, somewhere in America, during the US Prohibition era. My family went back a generation making illegal moonshine in rural Appalachia here in the United States. It's a reminder of that history.
1931 Ford from the Monogram Rat Rod kit, with the spoke wheels from the Revell/Monogram "Woody" kit. Both 1/25 scale. The kit is box stock other than the wheel swap. Engine details are plain craft wire and stretched sprue.
The base is just styrofoam block and red dirt. All paints are the cheap Walmart craft acrylics, all hand-painted (I don't use airbrushes).
