It would be really nice if someone could help me out here:
I was never very interested in the american bombers of WWII other than the B-17 so i know next to nothing about those planes.
But the B-25 caught my eye lately. I love how they look in NMF! Now I want to build one. I did some research on the available kits and didn't find anything else than the Revellogram and The Accurate Miniatures kits in 1/48. I am thinking of buying the AM kit, but I need some info on the plane first. So here are my questions:
1) Were there any B-25 of the B, C or D model in NMF or USN paint scheme?
2) Are there any decals for such a bird in 1/48?
3) Can you guys please post some pics of B-25s with nice nose arts?
4) what version is this one?
If there was no B-25 of said models with NMF or nice nose-art, I'll just go ahead and buy the Revell kit (I found some nice looking B-25J) as it is the only 1/48 kit of a J model.
Some questions on the kits too:
Has anyone built one of mentioned kits?
I found out that Acedemy makes a kit of the B-25G as well. (reboxed AM kit) Are all the parts to build a B-25 with glass nose included like in the old AM kit?
I hope someone takes the time to answer all my (stupid) questions.
Cheers, Clemens
