They are all wrong! That's a lie! A lie I'm tellin' ya! We need at least a year extra!

6 months? A year? NOOOO. Keep 'er going until we've all run out of kits in our stash and/or paint. Our wives and/or girlfriends have left us and the living room is full of builds!....At least until 2018, or so.

O, I have an idea we may be able to fit something else in before then

Are we all doing post-Emil 109s?

I think Phil is planning on doing an E, not noticed any earlier unfortunately, the pre E kits are not often seen.

Speaking of which, does anybody know anything about the Avis 72nd kits. They have a range of early 109's I have been eyeing up for a while.

I'm doing an E.

If all goes well I'll be doing a B/C and a G-6. We'll see how it goes.

And I may well be tempted to take the plunge and get one of those Avis kits. Though I also have a 109T I would like to build, so I will see later.

New around here but I could see myself joining in if welcomed. I'd like to do a full out aftermarket treatment on the Revell G-6 maybe.

For some reason I keep looking at this thread.  

I was thinking that my situation would be bending the rules quite a bit.  After all this build does not start til after the new year and I am currently working on my G-10.  However my progress is incredibly slow and does not look to be moving any faster in the near future.  

So if the host is so inclined, I have a 1/24 G-10 that I am working on as a buddy build with one of my brothers from another mother.  As of this moment I have only snipped the fuselage halves off of the sprue as well as the wings.  I have glued no "kit" parts as of this moment and it does not look like I will glue any "kit" parts for the near future.  

I present it for your consideration with the knowledge that this is a build I have already committed to and I will continue to be working along until the official start date.

Joe, I checked out your 1/24 109 and it is impressive! I can't wait to see the progress on it, this will be a welcomed addition to the Augsburg Eagle showcase.

Expectations?  I thought all we needed wes one of those ...what was it? An Bf something?  109 I think?

This is an expectation.  "HIs build is gonna be great!"  

 I hope I do not fall short.  After all I have been working on this project for over a month and still have not glued any "kit" pieces.

I might do a Finnish 109 as well. I don't recall anyone signing up with one so far and I think it would be a nice change of pace in an otherwise Luftwaffe dominated GB? The Eduard Royal Class has some decals for one too... Whaddya guys think?
