This is a pretty nice kit, my only complaints is that the rear fuselage/tail section sandwiches together horizontally and the front fuselage halves sandwich vertically, so makes from some filling and sanding when they join.

Main camo is Tamiya acrylics, Flory dark dirt wash and satin varnish finish it off.

I must say I am a huge fan of dark sea grey over sky camo

Thats a really nice looking build. I do like the finish you have got on te paint job.

I have not heard of this aircrfat before so just had to look it up. I thought it had a British feel to it. Thanks for posting.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

Very nice build! Was the base scratchbuilt or is it an available item?

Thank you guys, Jim, the base I bought, flyingmule.com. There are heaps of different ones, tarmac, Russian tarmacs, aircraft carrier decks etc.
