Thinning book/reference/history collection...maybe
Posted by BigJim on Wednesday, July 17, 2019 11:35 AM

I am kinda, maybe, not quite sure, thinking about thinning out my aircraft books/reference/history collection. In so doing, I would like to offer them first to modelers that might want them first. However, I am not seeing a "For Sale" forum here. Where else, other than Ebay, might modelers go to find books? Again, I am just thinking about this, but, would like to explore my options.

Yeah, FSM doesn't do the for sale thing.  Might just put it out there and have members PM or email for more info, prices, etc.

Poke around other forums, I know that some do offer a sale/want page.

Gold,
I am unfamiliar with other aircraft modeling forums. Can you point me in their direction?

Do you have a list of them?

I'd certainly be interested back channel. No harm in that.

Bill

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

Unfortunately, I'm not.  Sorry.  Others might chime in with options.

Well, I guess that is not going to happen, but, thanks anyway.

It will be a while before I can take stock of what I have and get the info in some kind of order as I haven't kept an inventory of what I have collected over the years.
