Avenger

Hey guys,

Hope you can help me out with this one...

As I look forward to finishing one model and starting another I was planning on building my TBM Avenger (from Accurate Miniatures).

By the way, I bought the kit through a local store, but it is actually TWO Avengers in a single box. Anyone else ever see them sold this way? At other stores in town I saw the single kit for only about $4 - $5 dollars less.

My real question is: I have tried to get onto the Eduard site to look for aftermarket kits for the TBM. I haven't been successful (any time I try to get past the homepage it tells me the website is not responding). So, do you know anywhere else I can look for aftermarket kits for this model? Or do you know another way to get a look at Eduard products without going through their website?

Thanks, as always.

Boyd

www.Squadron.com has a huge selection of Eduard stuff-try a search there. A good, secure website!

Verlinden makes an excellant detail set for this kit. I would go with this one instead.

bbrowniii hi,
i never have problems with getting on the eduard website - maybe my pc knows my girlfriend is czech??!!Tongue [:P] - so i did the search and came up with some stuff...if you click on each item you can usually view the actual frets and the instructions, so you really know what you're getting. pretty cool, huh?
anyway, here's the link...Smile [:)]

Gentleman,

Thanks for all the help. Sorry I didn't respond earlier, but I have had a few computer problems as of late.
