Hobbycraft Hurricane

I saw this kit on my LHS shelf and an Eduard PE set for it but I can't find a review that will give me info to build it accurately. Any opinions about this kit? I read about shape problems but what are those specifically?

My recommendation is to run screaming the other way, hopefully towards a Hasegawa kit...

The 1/48 Hobbycraft kit is an Airfix copy with recessed panel lines. I built one when nothing better was available and it's not horrible but not great. The Hasegawa kit is far superior, with a highly detailed cockpit out of the box. Only big problem with the Hasegawa kit are some really bad injector pin marks in the wheel well insert, which are about impossible to clean up. If you go for a Hasegawa, I would suggest getting resin replacements for the wheel wells, available from Ultracast in Canada. Also, Classic has an early Hurricane Mk. I that looks real good in the box, but I haven't built one, Yet.
