Hey lawdog, hope all is well!

Any chance you could relink these photos?  This was such a helpful thread!

Ditto  I didn't get a chance to see this tutorial, and it would be quite helpful.  This is a big ask to go back and find the photos, so if you can't find them, or don't have the time, don't stress.

Thanks,

I missed this on the first round too dog. Can you re post the pictures since Photosuck is holding them hostage?

I took all my pics off "photosuck" and have them on my home PC. I have to try to figure out which ones I had in here. I may just take pics during my next radial build. It would be easier. Photobucket can kiss my #$%&!.....may they have a long painful death.

I left mine there because it's not worth the trouble to delete. Make them spend the time.

I'd like to grill a steak over their burning carcass. And feed it to a dog.

I'd like to see your pics, even without relinking to the text.

I did that on a couple of my old WIP threads, just put them all up in one post.

I am using Fotki, $ 24 a year.

Modeling is an excuse to buy books.

I love the logic, but I was afraid they would just close up shop and the pics would be gone forever. I'm using Shutterfly right now. I like it so far. I see Photosucket folding up over their colossal mistake.

If you right click on PhotoSuckit's ransom notes and click "properties" you can see the URL of the photo and maybe sort out what picture goes where.

Thanks Dave..I tried that and "properties" isn't one of my options. I'm building Tamiya's 1/48 Corsair so this will get new (maybe improved) pics soon..

Joe,

Thanks so much for the updating of the pictures. I really appreciate your having taken the time to create the tutorial and appreciate even more the reposting of the images after the fiasco with Photof#%*&t.

Now there's a lap dog for you.  At least he thinks he is, 110 lbs. worth Indifferent.  He thinks he owns the place....

That'a the problem with auto correct on this phone - even if you correct it, it vetoes you and puts in its own conclusions on what you intended to write. Sorry about that!

Not sure who rules the roost in your home Joe, but it ain't me.

Talking about nice pics. You can go to your local pub and be over the limit and get your friend to drive you home, he/she looks very comfortable behind the wheel.

Nope, I share a house with two women (wife, 10 year old daughter) and two large male dogs. My modeling lair is a corner tucked into the basement. Casey,.......he's a beefcake.

Fantastic tutorial!  Thanks for taking the time to update the pics.  This will help a bunch when I get the my first engine build.  I remember seeing this before the PB fiasco.  Mucho upset when the pics disappeared.  As stated above, any tutuorials you are up to posting will be eagerly consumed.

Have fun,

This has always been one of my favorite tutorials. I keep telling myself I'm going to use it to wire up a BMW 801 someday!

I'm glad you like it Chad. Ironically the  Beamer 801 is the only radial I never wire up due to the fan blocking the view from the front.....lol.
