I did one several years ago; mine is the old Revell F/A-18 "Hunt for Red October" kit, 1/48.

These aircraft are amazing, they highly accurate, I was stationed with VFA-192 while they were with CAG-5 and I was stationed with VFA-122 and work on 101 when it was in the regular gray color these are beautiful

I've done a couple of F/A Hornet kits in the past and found them fun to build than Tomcats (another fav of mine as well)

Of course I do want to build the Growler - which is a Hornet as well. Pax River NAS has been doing testing on them when they first got them.
