I built this one a while back ( my second model after 20 years or so). You see it in my 1:48 collection thread but here are some close up pictures. Hope you like them.

Great work on a great kit.  That glass nose can be tricky and you did a nice job.   Thanks for sharing it.

Cool! How did you paint the mottling on the cammo? I've read about many different ways of doing this. What was your technique?

Devil Dawg,

I made mask out of blue tack to do the mottling on the camo.

Great job on it, cnq. I remember reading somewhere that the corner of a small sponge dipped in paint could be used to get the same effect, too. Never tried it myself, but it made sense. I'll have to give that a try if I ever build a mottled Reich bird......

Glad to see your HE-111 up close. Really like the paint job that you did on it. I just got done with the same model today. Not an easy kit to build is it? The wing to fuselage fit gave me a lot of trouble and the bomb bay doors. Thanks for sharing your build.

Thanks Devil Dawg and Grey Snake.

Agree with you Grey Snake, it was not an easy kit to build. I used quite a bit of putty and did a lot of sanding in those areas that you mentioned.
