i have Flickr.  I haven't had any issues with it ever. In fact, I think it's pretty easy to navigate and real clean to move around your photos.  =]

Just been to flikr, seems you need a Yahoo acc for that? I have only gmail.

You can link the gmail to it.  That's what I've done as well.

You know, I keep seeing comments about Photobucket not being user friendly.   What exactly does it do or doesn't do that warrants these reports?  I ask because I have never had any issues with PB.   Maybe I have had them but just didn't realize it.  Wink  School me now.

Thanks, Gary

Well, let's see.

1 - The last couple of times I uploaded pics from shows I attended, PB made 20 to 30 copies of each pic. and mixed them all up with the rest of my pics so I had to spend a lot of time separating out 1 set and deleting the other copies. The same has happened when I tried to upload my WIP pics. to PB.

2 - I keep making my pics private and PB switches them to public.

3 - Can't transfer any of my pics to Forum.

These are the biggies.

I agree with you, Gary.  I've never had any difficulties with photobucket.

I've seen Photobucket go down a couple of times and re-awaken a day later, but beyond that I've always had good luck with it. I've used mobile version on both my Samsung phone and iPod Touch - I'd hesitate to call either of those options ideal, but they work. Most of my dealings are on the laptop (as I generally use a camera for pics) and I've had no issues. Maybe my Canadian accent helps me here??

Seems my acc has been sorted out by PB. I got 3 mails from them last night and everything is fine again.

Thanx PB , now I can post pix again :-)

One thing that I find convenient about PB is that you can email pics from your iPhone or smart device straight into your PB library. I often times snap quick pics with my iPhone and its really nice not to have to hook it up to my PC, then transfer the pics there and then upload them.

I have a PB account and have not been happy with it since they went to a new format last year. Their mobile site is pretty much worthless to me with my feeble skills, and half the time when I upload pics to PB, it has a tendency to create new sub folders for them and send them off to la la land where I have to search to find them instead of them going the folder intended. I don't know why all these websites feel they need to change things to be more flash and pizzazz when their old formats were more user friendly and easier to use.
