I just got back into Plastic models and am trying a lot of new things. This magazine has helped a lot. I am looking for some feed back. (try not to be to hard on me) I am waiting on a bubble canopy that I ordered but this is where I am at for now.

Hi Snowsims!

Can't wait to hear how progress goes for your Mustang.  Gotta love the Revell Mustang and it's the perfect kit to try some new things on.  It's inexpensive and looks great when completed.  Make sure you post pictures and show us your techniques!

Welcome back to the hobby!  Yes, the Monogram bubbletop Mustang is a very nice kit.  I look forward to seeing your build.

If you look, you can also find Revell's old P-51D bubbletop, that was in their catalog in the Seventies, before the merger.  Both Monogram and Revell had their own kits of this subject; the Monogram kit is the one that was carried forward in the catalog, after the merger.
