me too lol, but its going to be slow going, I just got the urge to work on it and with all the parts off the sprues, the prop came first, I have no idea when I'll get to the rest

I like it, I built the 1/24 Spitfire and it was huge! I have to say in this scale they're incredibly impressive! I look forward to seeing this one come together.

Next is the BIG fuselage, the only broken part I have was a fuselage half and the forward section under the engine mount, and since I'm not using the engine provided with the kit, the whole front end is going to be buttoned up.

heres a few pictures, the prop first

I keyed and numbered the blades to the hub then reinforced the blades through the hub with straight pins.

I had a windfall yesterday and picked up an original issue of the 24th scale Hurricane Mk I.

I got it, the Spitfire Mk I and Me 109E with it, but the Hurricane is the only one of the the three thats complete. It was still in sealed bags in the box with lots of parts off the sprues from being moved over the years, the only bad parts are the age destroyed decals and one forward fuselage section broke off its fuselage half.

I started on the propeller blades and hub last night and since this is so HUGE a model I'm going to do each sub-assembly as a separate model.

I'll post pictures of the prop tomorrow
