Thanks, but that site has been one of my go-to places for reading up on the kit as I build. Still, thanks for replying.

A question for the 109 (G-6) experts

So I'm currently building Revell's G-6 which is a beauty. After some hesitation I decided to build it as Barkhorn's W.Nr. 15909. After doing some research (and some surgery on the cowl to remove some wrong panels for that plane which I h1d already rushed ahead to assemble) I found out 15909 is an Erla-built G-6, often mistaken for a G-5. Apparently all G-5 are Erla-built and the 5s and 6s from that plant are all but indistinguishable but for some minor things.
What I gathered so far is that 15909 had the small compressor bulge on the starboard Beule, insert gun-throughs and the old-style rudder. But I wasn't able to determine which starboard handhelds and access-panels it had. As you might know, Revell covered all the bases and some might or might not need filling. Same goes for the ventilation scoops under the canopy windows on both sides. And lastly, I wonder which forward canopy I should use, ad thete are 2 provided with a minor difference on the triangular shapes where the Emils had small windows.
If anyone could shed some light on that for me?
