I read in my latest FSM mag new products 1/24 P-47 coming soon. Its already out there, check E-bay. Ordered mine with metal gears. Not as pricey as you would think. Mine will be delivered by 8-17. Lots or room for detail

Is this going to be fresh {molding&plastic} or did Kinetic buy out Vintage fighters? I have the 1/24th - 47 Bubbletop from Vintage Fighters. Basically a Tamiya  - 47 blown up only more detailed R-2800 and gun bays. I'm going to hold back before I order one.

The KINETIC 1/24 th P-47 is the old Vintage re-boxed. Which is too bad. I have one, it's o.k. but, was hoping for a completely new kit. Some panel lines missing forward fuselage, just behind cowling. Cockpit  good but could be better.  NO TURBO CHARGER AND PIPING. Looks just like Tamiya's 1/48th P-47 with a better R-2800 and gun bays. So Trumpeter 1/32 still a better kit. To me anyway. Have to wait and see what Tamiya and ZM might do.

You will be waiting for a long time from ZM. Their next release is the much awaited Horten 229 and then after that the Pfeil and then a string of FW 190's.

That;s as far as I know ATM, things may change though

but, yes ATM Trumpeter 1/32 Jug kits are the ones to have a look at.
