…during WW2, many types of aircraft of the Royal Air Force were captured and tested by the Luftwaffe. The following link shows a collection of photos, some well known and others rare, these aircraft, bearing German markings:

Those photos are great, what exactly do you suppose the Luftwaffe would do with those aircraft?

Find their strength and weakness compared to their own aircraft, maybe even a little spying with them.

That makes sense, I never thought of the idea of them being used to spy though.
