"Smashing" is not a word to be used to describe a model...........

Build one at a time? Hah! That'll be the day!!
That's a great looking model, only the second one too! He's going to end up doing articles for this magazine one day at this rate, a natural talent for sure!
Gorgeous! ..........and thats coming from someone who's not particularly into jets. My first serious attempt at building an airplane came at 29 years old. He's on the right track...

Thank you everyone. I finally have my own account now, so I can post my own stuff. Greg, this one got started the night I finished my first model, so about 3 weeks or so I guess
Woody,
Tell your son it looks fantastic! He did a great job, and I'm looking forward to his next build!

Sweet build. In my younger days I averaged slamming out 2 kits per week. LOL!
Great job there, Woody! The one reason I don't build F-15 is because I can't make them look as good as your son's. Tell him we're all proud of him. That, and to stop making the rest of us look bad.
If it puts your mind at ease, I once took a hiatus from models. It lasted all of about a week.
Best wishes,
Eric
Wow, he did a beautiful job on her!

Great looking build! I've definitely been through that hiatus, actually mine was probably closer to 15 years unfortunately. I think I probably built more models in my teen years than any other period. I'm hoping to cure that hiatus now! lol
On the Bench: Lots of unfinished projects!
Great work! I think we have a master modeler in the making here.
Curious how long this one took for him to build? Seems like yesterday he finished his first.
Very nice build! My son is 21 and in that ten year hiatus.
Mike
Thanks much Eagle. He really enjoys the feedback on the forums
Well here's a few pics of my sons latest. Academy's F-15c. I'm very happy to see him embracing the hobby that I love so much. Hopefully he won't take the usually 10 years off the hobby that everyone seems to take, especially through their teen years. Anyway, he would like everyone to see his latest. So without further ado;
