The gear was black. The nose gear tires were "black" rubber, while the tires on the main gear are gray. For the wheels hubs, the nose gear hub could be either white or natural metal, while I have seen the main gear hubs red, dark green or natural metal.
Anyone know if the landing gear on the sr71 Blackbird is basically black. Also wondering if the rims on the tires are black or gray. Tried looking on web unable to find picture of landing gear except already built models which show it both ways
Thanks for any info
