1/72 Super Model Fiat CR 32
Posted by modelcrazy on Monday, October 13, 2014 12:35 PM

I just finished Super model's 1/72 Fiat CR 32.

It was a very nice and detailed kit and I could see the detail of fabric under my headband magnifier.
My only complaint is the plastic was a little brittle and the decals didn't want to stick. After a few applications of Micro Sol, they started to behave.
I would defiantly build another Super Model kit.

Well without further ado, here it is, Big Smile

That's a nice little build Steve. Nice job on the mottling and it has rigging to boot. Nice work.

I like the base and nameplate as well.

I am a Norfolk man and i glory in being so

I like that a lot!   Nice job with the paint work.  Bow Down

I love the Cr-32; it's such an elegant, cool-looking bi-plane.  I have the Classic Airframes 1/48 kit in the stash and I hope it will look half as good when I build it.  I love the '30s biplane fighters.  They were the "bridge" between the box kite-like biplanes  of WWI and the sleek monoplane fighters of the Second World War.

Yeah Gary,

Those biplanes between the wars were great, from the hawk series, the German, Italian. My favorites are the Fiat CR-42 Falco and Boeing F-4B. The He 51 was pretty great too.
