Wingnut Wings replacement decals

I was wondering if anybody else has had a problem in getting replacement parts from Wingnut. I ordered some decals on September 30th. They have still not arrived. I have contacted them and they say delivery 15-30 working days. I have exceeded that amount. Just venting, I want to finish my Fokker DVII, its been a while on the bench.
