PD decal question
Posted by moose421 on Wednesday, November 19, 2014 3:48 PM
Hello, I am currently starting my Bf 110G-4 and looking to do a different paint and decal scheme. My question is, how are the PD decals? Do they come with view of the paint scheme? Any other information would be great. I am interested in the Schaufer's Bf. Thanks Moose

Peddinghaus Decals? Not good. The entire sheet is one clear film, so each decal has to be carefully trimmed out. Stencils are way oversize, and the decals themselves are often brittle. This was on a sheet for Fw 190s I bought for spare groupe badges. Not sure if all sheets are this way?

I don't believe that they are Peddinghouse.  I found them on ebay and they have the Schaufer G-4.

Here is the link to them.

Hi, Moose 421

I read article about this decail and the main idea is that modeller should to be very cearful when use it bacause color of dacail can be erase by finger when you touch it and some decail is very thick. and even micro set&sol can't fix it on model. be cearful with this decail (may be you are lucky and got the good quality kit of this decail)

Ok, thanks Vladimir.  I haven't bought them.  I figured I would ask before I buy.

Thanks again

Good to know about Peddinghaus Nathan.  They have some interesting sheets.  I think I'll pass now.  Techmod is another stinker...
