Here's the good old R/M 1/48  F-14D kit with Royale Resin tanks and a whole bunch of Steel Beach stuff. Decals are from Fightertown. I used my standard build process for the kit. I believe this one puts me in the 50's range of number of R/M Tomcats I've built over the years.

Beautiful work! What paints did you use for the Ghost grays? They look right on, and nicely weathered.

Thanks for the generous words. I use MM Acryl paints for the Light Ghost, Dark Ghost, and Medium Grays. I spray a coat of Tamiya Smoke to dirty everything up. Then I go back over with the orginal colors in certain areas. From there, I use the lighter colors (Dark Ghost on Medium, Light Ghost on Dark Ghost) to create corrosion control and tone down the base color.

Not bad for a modeler from the "other" part of NY... ; )
