I was one of the first modellers in Australia to purchase the Ho-229 and I am more than pleased to say here that it is THE most exciting kit I have ever had the pleasure of building.
I will post some images of my build at a later date as I have decided that I will build it in a most unusual way.
My build embraces all aspects of the purity of the model and history of the Horton.
As there was no definite colour scheme decided before the first one rolled of the 'production line' in war time Germany, I am not going to try and guess history, so I am staying with the concept of "What is there is what you see".
This is the "purest" model of any aircraft I know, and to see history in a box of the most perfectly engineered parts, you cant help but honour the passion and intent of the ZM people and build it with that integrity in mind.
