One of my books has a close up. though there are some people standing on the wing blocking a full view, it does not look like it. His previous aircraft did not and neither did Anton KJorol's who surrendered at the same place and day as Rudel. So I would say not. The only other two pics I have seen are not very clear and the view is again blocked.

I'm wondering if anyone out there knows definitively whether or not Rudel's G2 JU87 (werknummer 494110) was fitted with the additional armor plate forward of the windscreen / beside the pilot canopy?  Thanks in advance.
