Hasegawa 1/48 Bf109t carrier kit and aftermarket decals

- I am starting the build for a Messerschmitt Bf109T which was configured for the aircraft carrier that was never completed. There is an aftermarket kit with catapult hardware and a tail hook made by Hawkeye (#303) but I have no idea where to get it. Also, I'm looking for an aftermarket decal set for this kit and can't find that either on the web.
Any help would be appreciated.
