How do you like my very first AB!  It's still doing its job perfectly.

These next pics are primered.

To my fellow forum members,

Although I will build my Mitsubishi Zero first, I'll just start a thread in regards to the Flying Fortress for now.  Unlike the Zero, I actually had the paint in my inventory needed to start my build on the B-17G.  The only difference is that I must put this build on hold, I am going to purchase Eduard photo etch aftermarket products for the front, cockpit, radio personnel, bomb rack, side gunner, and finally the tail gunner.  If there are interior and exterior resin products, I will insist that the resin aftermarket products are included in this build itsel.

The detailed resin engine looks very inviting to me in making this a goal of mine Come into fruition, what's really great is that I get to execute this build on my own time frame.

So far, I have AB the fuselage with primer of which is the Tamiya Liquid Surface Lacquer Primer.  In a few days I'll AB the fuselage interior with OD.  Thank you for visiting my thread, you don't know how much I appreciate this visit from all of my "FSM Forum Member Family".

Belive me you when I say I utilize an inexpensive plastic external mix Testors AB to complete my project, it really is fun.  Easy set up, easy clean up.  What more can life offer you!

this is the "Fortress" pre-primed.

As you can see, I've just prepped the surface with Dawn and water.
