Completed main landing gears and struts.  I'm now getting ready to add the brake lines.

This is just a dry fit.  The wings literally just click into place like a snaptite model kit.  It's held together with a nut and steel machine screw.  There are no seam lines nor any gaps whatsoever!  WOW!

The detail Tamiya engineered into this kit is mind boggling.  Each step, each page just continues to add another layer to this kit!  Thank you M. Brindos for visiting and supporting this tread!

As you can see in the previous photos above with the dry fit of the wing attached, a screw and a nut is all that's needed to hold the wing to the fueselauge.

Plus it's great that such a small piece like this nut can hold the wing/fueselauge together.

It is taking shape !!

Yes, sir.  It is definitely taking shape.  The only difference here is that the steps needed into making it into the next level.  There are a lot of small details involved in between, some serious details.  It is fun, exciting and difficult.  There are days, I should say everyday, that I need to step away due to its complexity.  Other than that, I'm having a blast!

This kit is just amazing on how Tamiya engineered it.  And Toshi, you are doing an excellent job showing every detail.   You are making it look easy.

Thank you scottrc.  You're too kind with your words, you humble me.  Yes, Tamiya did a fantastic job engineering this kit.  This is definitely their flagship model.

The only other company that comes close would be Zoukei Mura.  It might look like I'm making it look easy but it's actually very difficult for me.  I learned everything from you and members like you!  Thank you sir for the visit and read and replies!

Spectacular , Toshi! This kit is still amazing me with the included details!

The Hien kit, although excellent in its own right, pales in comparison to the detail of this one. After this kit the Hien will seem like child's play lol!
