Serious gaps where the wing structure meets the fuselage .marked step where the wing meets the aft fuselage. Styrene fillets and putty necessary.

It's great to see you tackle this classic kit!  I think it still holds up pretty well, too, despite its age.  I look forward to seeing your finish!

What did you use to secure the musket balls, by the way?  I mean, beyond the bulkhead you installed?  I've started using my epoxy putty.  I use Aves Apoxie Sculpt for sculpting and other things, and it occurred to me to use it for packing weight into my tail-sitters.

2 part epoxy.I filed a flat spot on them so that they would stay put while the epoxy set.
