I know they make very nice resin products,I have used a few of their stowage kits.

I searched the internet for other complaints,scams or problems in dealing with them,couldn't find any.

So,it would be unfair for me to pass judgement after hearing only one side the story,that's the problem with these type of posts,the seller has no way to know about or defend himself here.

Hopefully whatever problem you have is resolved to your satisfaction.

Since you paid with Paypal, you should be good.  It might take a few days, but unless the seller satisfies their end of the bargain, Paypal will transfer the money back to your account.  Had the same thing happen a couple of years ago with some 1/32 AGM-65s I ordered from a Ukrainian manufacturer.  The guy just wasn't being very cooperative, so I asked for a refund.  When he refused, I just escalated the case with Paypal and got my money back.  Heh...get this...the guy then tried to tell me he had decided to refund the money, as if he did it on his own.  I won't ever do business with that guy again...too many good guys in his country who make great stuff and provide great service.

Hello, Has anyone dealt with "Black Dog-resin kits from the Czech Republic"? In a word, dont! Over a month ago I purchased two items from them: A.) kit A72108; a resin set for a 1/71 S2F Tracker [wings folding]; and 2.) kit A72110 ; a resin set for a 1/72 S2F Tracker Big Set [wings folding, bomb bay, nose radar and nose cone]. I paid for the items with PayPal. They haven't sent a notice that the items were sent, and I haven't received the items. I notified them that I haden't received the items.  They'rs telling e that it's my responsibiylity to locate the items. They'redo not sdeem to be at all interested in resolving my problem. They're saying that it is my responsibility to get the routing number from FedEX. I've referred to matter to PayPal, in the hope that I can at least get a refund. These weren't inexpensive: I'm out  $80.07 USD.  Learn from my mistakes. Nick
