The Cybermodeler review of the F version is pretty bad. That wouldn't necessarily scare me off the kit. Not the version your looking for but I think Great Wall make a 1/32 P40 and although hard to find Eduard has the N in 1/32.
I'm a big P-40 guy, specifically the E and the F. Trumpeter can be wishy washy sometimes, I was looking for feedback before I pulled the trigger. I have the old AMT/Ertl 1/48 F I bought at a shop closing that I think lawdog built into a nice model years ago. I would like a larger scale subject as it is a favorite.
Here is the Scalemates info with a review and a build result:

WIP: Monogram 1/72 B-26 (Snaptite) as 73rd BS B-26, 40-1408, torpedo bomber attempt on Ryujo
Monogram 1/72 B-26 (Snaptite) as 22nd BG B-26, 7-Mile Drome, New Guinea
Minicraft 1/72 B-24D as LB-30, AL-613, "Tough Boy", 28th Composite Group
What's wrong with the box art? Haven't built that kit myself, so I can't answer as to the kit itself.
F is for FIRE, That burns down the whole town!
U is for URANIUM... BOMBS!
N is for NO SURVIVORS...

Hey guys,
anyone built Trumpeter's 1/32 P-40F ?? I've seen the box art and if the kit is like the art it doesn't look correct. Anyone that can shine a light/share info on this is greatly appreciated.
