Yes I hear you;I am 58 and the old eyesight isn't what it used to be even with glasses.I like the size and heft of 1/32 scale planes for sure!

It looks great. Good luck with the canopy. Id like to see this one finished. Ever since I started building Ive been a dedicated 1/48 builder... now Im older and my eyesights taking a dump so I may be switching to 1/32 soon...  If I ever manage to get my current stash done that is.

Nearing completion but the canopy sections were missing from the kit ,so it will be delayed if I can even find a replacement canopy.

The FW-190 is looking great!  Old kit but in the hands of a master modeler it's turning into a real gem.

Yes I too remember that kit in the 70s but it was too expensive, best I could do was the old 1/48 Monogram white box version!

Yeah, that's looking really good! Sad to say, but I remember seeing that box on the store shelves! I could never buy it though, it was worth a couple weeks allowance.

Decided to go with the black 5 paint scheme.Painted the airframe light blue ,although it was not really necessary to paint the upper wing surfaces, which will receive the dark green/black  green cammo   .

Had some trouble joining the wings to the fuselage had to sand and file the surfaces and there are gaps between the wing root and fuselage.Typical of older tooled kits!  guaranty bank near me

Omigod!

A Foke Wolfe with a Swastika, On the cover of the box! How rare!

yes It is an older kit I think from the 70s when such things were tolerated.
