Thanks for the info it looks great. I use the AK chipping fluid, but it can be a pain.

 

The results are always way better than trying to stipple with a brush.

Chipping fluid.  MRP super silver, AK chipping fluid, Tamiya XF-71 cockpit green.  I find Tamiya acrylics the best paint to chip using this process.

Very nice work. What was your chipping technique?  Chipping fluid or paint ?

Thanks.  Waiting for HGW harness to come so I can finish the pit.  Why didn't I order them sooner?  Plenty of other subassemblies so I'll be busy.

Excellent work Paul!  I'll definitely be following this build for inspiration, since I know next to nothing about WWII aircraft and how they looked in service.
