1/48 Scale RF-4C Phantom Kits

I suspect that the 1/48 Italeri RF-4C/E "Photo Phantom II" kit (Kit #810) is a Vietnam-era RF-4C with the angular camera bay and the Hasegawa RF-4C Phantom II (Kit # 09557) is a much later variant (Desert Storm era?) with the more faired in camera bay. Did I get that right? I'm looking for a retailer with the Vietnam era kit. Thanks.
