Seems I'm the only one keeping this thread alive.

I thought I would be done but once I removed the masked canopy I had forgotten about the area behind the seat.

Working from some reference pictures, I stretched some sprue, added some thin wiring and super glued the details in place.

Painted the area and added a black wash to deepen the details.

Looks a lot better now with the added sprue and wires.

I'll be jumping in as soon as I finish my F-4C for the Vietnam GB.  Looking great PJ!

OJ, that is looking really nice. I still haven't got to grips with NMF yet, so a big hate off to you for thos one.

I'll be a few months before I get to my arado.

Got a Black Friday sale email from Freetime Hobbies and was able to grab the 1/32 CMK resin pit, engine and nose gear sets on sale for the Salamander all for about or less than half price so I got them this time. Last time I sat on it and they went out of stock fast.

I noticed there was no Badge for this yet so I'm going to try and make 1 or 2.

AJ if you want to use one of these as a badge by all means go right ahead.

Thanks GT. Those are cool looking badges. Banshee and Corsair or Panthers on the USS Philippine Sea. I wish someone would make a nice 1/48 or 1/32 Banshee.

Just put the finishing touches on the Cutlass and it is complete.

Thanks Bish. I would love to build a 1/48 or even better a 1/32 scale but the Minicraft 1/48 has poor fit and details. Fisher makes a resin one in 1/32 but it carries a big price tag.

Ye, I bet it does. I know resin kits are not cheap and a 32nd aircraft in resin will be big bucks. I guess this is one of those subjects that gets overlooked.

One badge  is enough.  I just couldn't find the badge you picked.

I can reuse the photos at  later date if needed.
