Thanks! I thought I was going to finish it tonight, but I broke down and ordered some swastika decals today so I could put them on. the tail. I thought I could ignore their being left out of the kit (for political correctness), but it just bugged me that it was so obviously historically inaccurate without them...

I'm the same way with my Luftwaffe builds. My wife can't stand it when I put those on. :giggles:

I've got your 229 entered in the intro BTW. Yes

I'm definitely interested in this one, just not sure what I want to build yet...

It's probably going to be a Bf 109 K-4 or a Ta 183, but I'll have a look through my stash once I'm done moving to my new apartment.

I finally got around to starting my Ta-183, while various stuff dries on my Condor- It may seem like there are hardly any images in the WIP, but that is an accurate representation of the amount of work to get this far. From opening the box to putty drying, I have spent only an hour and a half to an hour and forty five minutes on this project. I could have added all sorts of detail, but I'm building this almost OOB- I think I am going to try some new stuff with my paintwork for this one.

TJ, she looks really sharp.  Yes

Interesting how the Luftwaffe still had some colourful birds late in the war.

WaggishAmerican: I love the look of the 183. Those gaps look nasty though...

Johnny: That's a nice, clean looking 152 you got there.

PJ: That medal is well deserved indeed!
