That's pretty cool as well. I'd probably put a Panther in place of one of the KT's.

T-man - check out Bison decals...their sheets are usually 10+ vehicles all with good camo info (sometimes covering different vehicle variants/types), and they're CHEAP. Usually 6 bucks or so? Echelon is really nice as well, but are more like 16 a set, which isn't worth it if you don't plan on building multiples.

Thanks Marc. I have a few reference books to mull, as well as the kit instructions. There are a few websites to troll as well. No shortage of Tiger material. Wink

OMG Carl, so many choices. Indifferent I like them all.

I'd probably have to go with number 2 or 3 due to simplicity and aesthetics.

... and here's a few more.  Since cats are the rage, tried some of those along with something more traditional.  Ms Beauchamp is resting, but I think even a wardrobe malfunction would be of no avail with this tough crowd.

jgeratic1 Those are some great badges. Going to be a tough choice.

By the way, has the time frame be extended. Would be nice if it was, i might struggle in the time frame originally given.

Jack, those are great. The second one with the tiger and panther sums up perfectly. I'll never be able to decide. Too many choices.

Bish, we could make it longer, my only fear is that people lose interest in longer GB's. Shorter ones tend to motivate IMO.

Ye, i know what you eman, the year long GB's can seem to drag and lose interest. I was just thinking maybe an extra 2 months, unless your happy for builds to be included that were started before the deadline but finished afterwards.

I am looking at it from a personal view. Normally i would be fine building a kit in this time, but what with me moving in Sept and if i get the job i wnat i could be away for at least 2 months, and this is one GB i don't want to miss. But maybe i am worrying for nothing.

Who'd of thought Jack and i would of come up with so many designs ? They all look great . Maybe Jack and i should come up with one design per each of us to be submitted for the g.b. badge before the G.B. gets started and then let the participants sort it out from there . I know for myself i've been reading the feed back and incorporating the feedback in my designs but it can get confusing with the different ideas . But , this g.b. is not only about the badges and i'm sure some people want to move on to discuss the models . I'm going to restrict myself to one design so as to uncomplicate the choices .I've enjoyed making the designs for this g.b. guys Toast

September to the end of April would be 8 months. That should be enough time to squeeze a multiple build.

Since the badges are so great, perhaps we should narrow them to one from each and allow a choice upon completion?

Yea, I'm all badged out - lol!.  Lots of good designs from both of us.  Competitive nature along with just plain fun with the creative process kind of got the best of me.  I was using Corel photo paint software.

Just came up from the basement looking through my stash.   I have Cyber Hobby's Tunisian 3 in 1 Tiger I along with a bunch of Alpine DAK figures.   Hidden somewhere is Tamiya's 1/48 version which was my original plan.  So the extension for 8 months is a good thing.

Jack

Very good. We'll take the best from Shell and Jack and post them on page 1. For a multiple build, you get both.

Jack, as much as Bianca was nice to look at, I think your latest renditions sum up the build very well.

I have enough time to scout some camo ideas. I hate coming up with them, but have 3 months to figure it out.

Eric:  We'll be building the same tank, different kits:  I'm starting the camo' search too, hoping to find one with winter camo.  Keep me in mind as you search and vice-versa, OK?  What do you have in mind?

Here's my entry, looking forward to September!

I miss Ms. Beauchamp but still those badges are as cool as absolute zero Yes

Think I ready far as I know for Sept. The Dragon kit comes with separate link tracks and a turned metal barrel, with the aftermarket zimmerit I'm good to go.

I used to have the AFV Club Wittman special, but traded or sold it. Ended up getting the Dragon kit. It wasn't a bad kit, and I'm not sure why I really did.
