I really like the effort to get accurate markings on the Hurricane CMK, it's really good. I'm not a gamer, haven't got enough time to do that and build models :)

I've finally got the Hawker Hunter that I promised for this GB finished. I've used the kit decals included in the Revell Hunter FGA Mk 9 kit to reproduce an aircraft as flown by the Swiss AF aerobatic team, 'Patrouille Suisse' in the early 90s.

It's the third aircraft in my 5 plane project to build aerobatic team Hawker Hunters, so I've included a photo of the three of them.

I'd love to join the 2016 OTS GB.

Cheers

Tony

I'm just taking it one GB at a time.

we need a catchy title to distinquish it from 2015.

i will make a badge

would someone like to cohost. i haven't been posting as much here lately so it would be nice for someone to help with comments. i will  initiate the GB page so i can update the photos. all the cohost needs to do is help with comments and responses.

Wayne,

I can if you want. The Star Trek GB I'm co-hosting is finishing next month, my Artillery GB is completing in April, the Boeing Build in June and the Mustang Build in July. That just leaves the Boats and Floats I'm co-hosting and the Submarine Warfare BG starting in August. I'm going to be bored soon.

Steve

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Which pics didn't post? Annie? Annie and Dora? I thought they came through as someone did comment on them when I did. I'm almost done with my SCUDs too. Februaray 15 sounds good; I'll start going through my stash to see what I can add to it. I'll try to remember to search for the new Thread on that day.

As for a title: "OTS, Small but Deadly 2016" or maybe "OTS 2016 Size Doesn't Matter".

Maybe someone else can come up with some better choices too.

EDIT: I know I didn't submit these for this Group BUild, but I wanted to show these two you Wayne. I hope these pics come through.

These are my two SCUD missile vehicles I finished today; bringing my Completed Small Scale Vehicle count up to 681 completed vehicles. These are both Toxso Models 1/72 scale SCUD B Missile launchers. Both of these were built OOB and I built them side by side the whole time. One became a Russian vehicle while the other is Iraqi.

Here is my Russian SCUD B missile vehicle:

Now here is my Iraqi SCUD B missile vehicle:

How about a shot of the two of them together:

The missile launcher carriages do raise up too. Here's a salute to all of you who stop in to see these:

That's all I have for now. It is such a thrill finally having these finished and on the shelf! These were quite fun to build and a great addition to my collection.

Thanks all for looking in, comments are welcome.
