Don't worry about it.  He messaged me and said it will be sent out soon. I wish it was here for Christmas, but it is what it is.

Merry Christmas everyone.  I opened my secret santa gift this morning, and to my surprise I gotten a kit I been wanting to do,  Tamiya M8 Howitzer.  I also recieved a excellent calendar of vintage warplanes and a handmade christmas card.  Santa you are so right about the three hour searches looking for that one part you really need in the carpet.

I already found a set of replacement workable tracks for it and plan on making the rest of the build OOB.

Thank you to my secret santa from Vermont. Again Merry Christmas to you all.

My Santa sent me a Christmas double. While I know the Glenco kits usually take Alot of artistic licensing when they made their kits, the Revell F-84 is a gem. I'll take what I learn from the one I am building now and apply it to this one. Thanks Santa!

By mere coincidence, the Misses left me these under the Christmas tree. Perfect.

Well Santa read my mind and sent me one of the kits I've been wanting for some time now. Not only that but he remembered it's been around for a few years and included a set of Eagle Strike Decals. This will be good therapy to help me get over my last Alclad issue.

Thanks Santa, you nailed it.

Here is what my Secret Santa gave me. Very cool. I have never built one of these.  What is cool is I saw one of these flying at the EAA fly-in.

Yes, I will try to build it as that one.  I had my daughter open it up.

Thank you Santa.

Thank you to my Secret Santa, I received a 1/48 Trumpeter Mig-23MF. I was going to take pics and post everything to show;however, my home computer crashed this morning. I hope my gift arrives at its destination soon. I have been in contact with my recipient and he knows there is a delay thanks to the United Postal Service. Merry Christmas everyone!

On the Bench:  Lots of unfinished projects!  Smile

Perfect from my Santa. I received a 1/144 Revell Type VII U-boat. I found some PE sets for it and know exactly what I'm going to do.

Thanks Santa

Building a kit from your stash is like cutting a head off a Hydra, two more take it's place.

Thanks Santa:

I've had my eye on this for a little while so was delighted to receive it. As I opened it early by mistake, I thought that I might take this opportunity to try adding more detail so purchased my first detail up set:

Looking forward to getting started.

Thanks again Santa, great choice :)

Yep, my bad. Work, Army stuff, trying to get my college graduation out of the way, it's been a hectic few weeks. I would imagine it should be there tomorrow (26th). Real sorry for the delay and I hope you like the kit.

As for mine, I did receive it. Ordered from Squadron so no clue who my Santa is but it looks like a great kit and I can't wait to get started.

Hey sometimes life just gets in the way if things. Just curious, but what did your Santa gnawed to you? I'm sure it is awesome.

Goodness that is a VERY large box for a 1/48 Spitfire! You could probably fit a 1/32 version in there.

I got a Roden 1/144 Boeing 720 with the scheme for the Elton John Starship One Band tour. Very colorful band.
