Mark, that's a nice, clean 109 you got there.

Bish, I didn't think I'd ever see an 1/48 aircraft build from you. That cockpit looks very nice! The PE sure adds a lot to it.

Clint, I love what you're doing with that Eduard 110. I have one of their 110s (the G-4)in my stashy as well, so I'm looking forward to seeing it come together.

lol, no me neither. Though i did build one a 48th kit a couple of years back and have another in the stahs, they were both given to me. It had to be somthing special for me to buy it myself, but its not somthing i plan to make a habit of Big Smile

WA, I decided on my subject for this.

The mail man just delivered this beauty straight from Japan:

I might add some AM goodies once I get started on it.

Alright, who am I kidding, this thing will get loaded with AM sets! Stick out tongue

Looking forward to seeing what you do with that. I really enjoyed building that kit last year, i found the tail section a little tricky, needed some filling and sanding, but other than that, great kit.

It looks like a pretty straight-forward build. I have a lot of AM extras for it lying around here however, so that might change once I add some of those...

I'm thinking about building her all opened up with the Aires interior set, but I I'm not sure if I have enough free time on my hands to pull that off within the deadline of this GB.

It is a pretty straight forward build, nothing to challenging. I used the Aires pit along with some Edurad PE and that was plenty enough.

I got the construction finished on the Stuka, it went together so quick that i didn't get a chance to get any pics, just took a couple of evenings to get just about everythinbg on.

Got the last section of canopy on and everything masked.

Its since been primed and now awaiting its blue undersides which i will do tomorrow.

schattenspartan, I've updated the list. Everyone else, builds are coming along nicely.

Crown, what black did you use for the cowl? It comes out really nicely.

Waggish thank you it’s tamiya flat black with three coats of very thin tamiya clear gloss. BTW please remove the Finnish buffalo I placed it in another GB and cross overs are not mentioned here .

Nice initial weathering Crown.  You’re well on your way to creating a convincing zero!

Nice looking Zeek Nick.

It's time I finished up my FW.

I sprayed the RLM-76 and it's ready for the 74 and 75.

Crown and MC both build are looking great. The last Tamiya zero I built the decals where extremely thick and finally would only settle after three applications of micro sol.

Thanks Chad, the KI-84 is mine but the 190 is my favorite German fighter.

Bish: That's one good looking Stuka you got there. I can't wait to see some poaint on it!

Nick: Your Zero is coming along nicely as well. You absolutely nailed the preshading contrast imo.

Steve: Nice work on your 190! There are lots of interesting and very colorful 190 camos to choose from, but sometimes the old 3-tone gray scheme never gets old either.

Thanks SS and Tony,

I applied the other camo colors and here is where it sits. Now to get the decals on, finish the prop/spinner, get it on it's feet and do a little weathering.
