Since no one else seemed to care what I'll build but you I tossed a coin between the ship and the 1/48 Zeek. 2 out of 3 tosses said the Zeek won.

BTW: Guess it's Japanese so I'll mention it- saw 'Godzilla: King of Monsters' yesterday. The human characters were kinda dull but the monster on monster action was friggin' awesome! Going to see it again in 3D next weekend I hope!

Did you put a motor in the cowling to spin the prop? I've seen some props painted to make them look like they're spinning but yours looks like it IS spinning.

1 thing I’ve often wondered about the Zero’s folding wing tips. Just how much space is saved by that?

John: Looks good! Nice to see you've got the middle fusilage and wing gap seams all taken care off, ought to be smooth sailing from here out. 

I don't know about the seat belts- as Edwin said they did seem to vary some in colour. 

The folding wingtips I think were to fit the plane on the elevator that took them from the hanger to the flight deck. I think I remember reading the Zero's wings were about a yard/metre too long to fit.

That makes sense. I never understood why they only folded the wingtips.

Yes, cowling and antiglare in front of windshield will be black, already under paint process :)
